The NOVABLAST 3 is one of this seasons most anticipated road running shoes. It features responsive cushioning and an energised feel underfoot with improved fit and comfort from previous models. The biggest transformation is in the weight. The version 3 is feather light considering the amount of cushioning underfoot with ASICS employing FF BLAST PLUS foam.

It has additional foam in the forefoot and heel along with a trampoline pod outsole, adding bounce to every step. This shoe embodies the ASICS motto of sound mind, sound body, proving the ideal fun and responsive platform to train on. The design is inspired by Japanese origami so it also looks pretty darn good.
